Interestingly the scoby was plump and rich to start with, slowly drying and becoming rubbery to touch, after two weeks of drying the texture was cold and rubbery. After another week the scabby was raging and becoming dry and wrinkly. within a month the scabby was aged with many crevices , as though it had lived 10 celebrations in its short time.
